Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

BLOC Home offers FREE tracked worldwide shipping on all orders. We also cover any customs on parcels.

Orders will be processed 1-3 business days after purchase, and may be sent separately to ensure the items are packaged in the safest way possible. Orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-21 business days depending on your location - some bulky items, candles, or items that are made to order can take a little longer.

Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once they have been updated with the courier.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

I am ordering multiple items, will they arrive together?

Items may be packaged and arrive separately to ensure they are shipped in the safest way possible.

This may mean them arriving at different times but we find that this is the best way!

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

All countries benefit from FREE shipping (including customs fees)

What shipping providers do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Evri for all UK orders.

For International orders, Royal Mail processes the parcel until it reaches your delivery country. It is then passed to your domestic carrier who will deliver the parcel.

Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
